1. Personal Info
Use your official names (as on National ID/Passport). Add stage names if you perform under other names.
2. Location
Country & City help us connect you with your local songwriter chapter.
3. Identity
NIN: On your National ID.
Birth Date: For legal verification.
4. Tax & Royalties
TIN: From URA. Required for payments. Apply here.
5. Music Identifiers
IPI: Given by PROs (e.g., PRS, ASCAP).
ISNI: Apply at isni.org.
CAE/UPR: Assigned by publishers & PROs.
